Located in eastern Maine, Biddeford Woods Energy Storage represents a sizable investment in energy storage potential for Maine.  Near critical infrastructure, Biddeford Woods will help alleviate congestion and volatility on the grid.  This standalone storage project will have a storage capacity 0f 400MW/hour and once operational, it will make significant contribution to Main’s renewable energy portfolio, helping the state achieve its renewable energy goals and will drive economic benefits for the area. Biddeford Woods Energy Storage will be operating in ISO-NE markets.
