The Lambs Draw Solar project is being developed in northwestern Kansas. Once operational, it will generate 270 megawatts (MW) of clean and renewable electricity, enough to power around 38,400 households annually. Lambs Draw will make significant contributions to Kansas’s Renewable Energy Standards (RES) and will provide job opportunities throughout construction and operations. It will also substantially increase local and state tax revenues. Lambs Draw is located within the Southwest Power Pool (SPP) transmission system.
