Located in Southeastern Connecticut, Mystic Energy Storage represents a sizable investment in energy storage potential for the state. stand-alone project will have a storage capacity of 75 MW/300 MWh. Mystic Energy Storage is located rear critical infrastructure, which will help alleviate congestion and volatility on the grid.  Operating in ISO-NE markets, Mystic Energy Storage will drive economic benefits for the area, and the state as a whole. The State of Connecticut’s has a statewide battery storage program that will assist local utilities, customers and residents to enjoy a robust deployment of battery storage solutions across the state through 2030.
