The Stray Creek Solar project is being developed in western North Dakota. Once operational, this project will generate 186 megawatts (MW) of clean and renewable electricity. Stray Creek Solar will make significant contributions to North Dakota’s renewable portfolio and will provide job opportunities throughout construction and operations. It will substantially increase local and state tax revenue. Stray Creek Solar is located within the Southwestern Power Pool (SPP) transmission system.
